Call Center Agent [English]

What you will do

• Research and identify potential business clients in Canada
• Make outbound calls and send professional follow-up emails
• Create and follow up on leads until the next step is confirmed
• Coordinate eligible requests with the dispatch team
• Explain sales and membership options clearly
• Record every contact attempt, outcome and relevant note in the CRM
• Review account history before contacting a company
• Respect Do Not Call requests and avoid duplicate contact
• Work toward daily outreach, lead and pickup targets
• Submit accurate daily activity reports
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Requirements
• Good spoken and written English
• Clear and confident communication
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Organized and able to follow up consistently
• Able to learn and use CRM systems
• Respectful, reliable and open to feedback
• Previous call-centre or sales experience is helpful but not required
